License Agreement & Terms of Service

License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, commercial license to use the AppForge React Native source code to build and publish your own app.

What You CAN Do

Use the template to build one published app per license
Use the template for a single client project per license
Modify and customize the source code freely
Publish the resulting app to the App Store and/or Play Store
Use in commercial applications, including paid or subscription apps
Use in open-source projects (if significantly modified)

What You CANNOT Do

Redistribute or resell the template source files
Create a derivative template product for sale
Share your license or repository access with others
Use the source to build a competing app-template product
Publish multiple unrelated apps under a single license
Claim the underlying template code as your own original work

License Types

Single Platform License (Android: $799 / iOS: $899)

  • One license per purchase, per app
  • Valid for one app / one Bundle ID or package name
  • Separate license required for each additional published app
  • Lifetime updates included

Bundle License ($1,499 for Android + iOS)

  • Both the Android and iOS packages included
  • Valid for one app published on both platforms
  • Lifetime updates included for both packages

App Identity Policy

  • Each license is tied to one app (one Bundle ID / package name)
  • Development, staging, and TestFlight/internal-testing builds of that same app are included
  • Rebranding the template into a different, separately published app requires a new license
  • Contact support for license transfers

Support Terms

  • 24-48 hour response time (business days)
  • Support via email, Discord, or ticket system
  • Covers template usage, build configuration, and technical issues
  • Custom development requests are not included
  • Support valid for lifetime

Updates Policy

  • Lifetime free updates included, including React Native / Expo SDK upgrades
  • Access to all new screens, components, and improvements
  • Email notification of major updates
  • Updates delivered via the private repository

Refund Terms

  • 14-day money-back guarantee

  • Refunds revoke license and repository access immediately

Attribution

  • Attribution is not required but appreciated
  • Any "Powered by AppForge" placeholder text may be removed

Liability

DISCLAIMER:

THE TEMPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE TEMPLATE, INCLUDING APP STORE OR PLAY STORE REJECTION OR REMOVAL.

License Termination

We may terminate your license if you:

  • Violate license terms
  • Distribute the template source files
  • Use the template in prohibited applications
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled according to the jurisdiction specified in our Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the template after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
