Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will I receive support?

We respond to all tickets within 24-48 hours on business days. Discord community often provides faster responses.

What's included in support?

Template usage, EAS Build/Submit help, bug fixes, and technical guidance. Custom development requests are not included.

Do I need to renew support?

No! Support and updates are included for lifetime with your purchase.

Can you help with customization?

We can guide you on how to customize, but can't do custom development work. We may be able to recommend freelancers.

What if I find a bug?

Report it via support ticket with your Expo SDK version and repro steps. We prioritize bug fixes and release updates regularly.

Do you support bare React Native (no Expo)?

Yes, the template ejects cleanly from the Expo managed workflow. We can point you to the relevant docs, though deep bare-workflow debugging isn't included.
