At AppForge, we stand behind the quality of our template. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is made within 14 days of purchase
• You have a valid technical reason that prevents you from using the template
• The template doesn't match the advertised features or technical specifications
• You have attempted to resolve issues with our support team first

Refunds will not be provided if:

• More than 14 days have passed since purchase
• You've published the app built from the template to the App Store or Play Store
• You simply changed your mind after the 14-day period
• You violated the license terms
• The template was purchased during a promotional sale explicitly marked final-sale

3. Provide a detailed reason for the refund request
4. Allow 2-3 business days for review

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once processed
• Access to template files and updates will be revoked

4. Most technical issues can be resolved quickly
